Lizzie Cundy, 53, has hit out at Prince Harry, accusing him of “letting the family down”. She also took a shot at Meghan Markle in a new interview claiming that the former actress had “ghosted” her.
Speaking at the TRIX Christmas Lunch, she said: “I’m not surprised Prince Charles is disappointed.”
Lizzie was seemingly referring to claims from royal expert Nick Bullen back in May that Prince Charles was “disappointed” over Prince Harry’s comments in The Me You Can’t See.
“Prince Harry was in a very privileged position,” she added.

“He was born to do what he was to do as a prince. He’s let the family down.
“Saying there was this alleged racist within the Royal Family was just shocking,” she continued in her interview with The Sun.
“Prince William had to come out and say it wasn’t true. Prince Harry’s been very weak and it’s not attractive.”

The star went on to state that she wished “genuine happiness” for Harry.
“I just hope he’s genuinely happy and if he is then fair enough. If they want to go away and be private then I wish them well, but then stop doing all the interviews,” she argued.
“Meghan’s done two major TV interviews and the book and everything else.”
Lizzie, who once portrayed a Bond girl in Tomorrow Never Dies, went on to detail her relationship with the former Suits star.

She claimed that both she and Piers Morgan were “ghosted” by the mother-of-two despite initially being “happy” for her relationship.
Lizzie described how they had supposedly been painted as the “bitter friends who never got the call back” when she did not believe that to be the case.
The TV personality continued to praise the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, suggesting that their lack of “whinging and moaning” was the reason why.

Lizzie married Chelsea footballer Jason Cundy in 1994, but the pair divorced in December 2012.
The star is also a published author and has appeared on various TV shows over the years, including This Morning and Good Morning Britain.
