MISSING Heidi Planck’s alleged fraudster boss partied with Jeffrey Epstein’s madam Ghislaine Maxwell at an Oscars party in Hollywood, The Sun can exclusively reveal.
Heidi, 39, vanished in highly suspicious circumstances after attending her 11-year-old son’s flag football game in Los Angeles on October 17.
Cops raided her home and searched a landfill site 50 miles north of a building where Heidi was last seen on CCTV cameras in Downtown LA but so far her disappearance remains a mystery.
Heidi’s ex-husband Jim Wayne – who was the first to report her missing – has previously claimed that cops are looking into her job as an accountant for Camden Capital managing partner Jason Sugarman as a main line of inquiry.
Sugarman is currently facing a civil case brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission over a scam in which he allegedly helped steal $43 million and left a Native American tribe $60 million in debt.
The Sun has previously revealed how high-flying financier Sugarman, 50, had business connections to president Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden and the Gambino crime family.
Now it has emerged that Sugarman also hobnobbed with British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell, who was convicted last week of grooming minors for sexual abuse by her late associate Epstein.
Sugarman and Maxwell were pictured spending time together at an Oscars party in West Hollywood in 2012 on a socialite's blog which can be seen here.
The pair were with a group of revelers who went for dinner at the Sunset Tower Hotel and later moved across the street to a private party at the legendary Chateau Marmont hotel, according to the blog.
Other VIPs said to have been at the party include British socialite Lady Victoria Hervey, Pulp Fiction producer Lawrence Bender, and New York Giants owner Steve Tisch.
The two pictures showing Sugarman and Maxwell sitting next to each other around a table were taken by socialite and blogger Dori Cooperman and published on Haute Living magazine’s website.
Cooperman, now 50, wrote on her Dori’s World blog on February 24, 2012: “I’m out in LA for the glamorous Oscar parties!
“I arrived Wednesday and went to lunch at La Scala, of course, then off to Soul Cycle that just opened in la for quick work out.
"Later I was off to Jeff Klein’s restaurant in Sunset Tower for dinner, with Ghislaine Maxwell, Elizabeth Guber, and Jason Sugarman, Matthew and Nicole Mellon, and Drew McCourt.
“Then we went across the street for a friends [sic] private party at the Chateau Marmont and met up with Alex Von and Ali Kay, Steve Tisch, Victoria Harvey, Lawrence Bender, Montana Coady, and lots more.”
The socialite – who described herself to The Sun as a “childhood friend” of Sugarman’s wife – refused to release the pics she took that night and insisted that Maxwell and Sugarman “don’t even know each other”.
Cooperman added: “It’s like you’re trying to make something up.
“If I felt they were connected I would totally understand. But it’s not a connection.”
However, Sugarman and Maxwell were seen enjoying themselves together and smiling while chatting with a group of revelers in Cooperman's pics.
In another photo, Sugarman can be seen posing with a brunette thought to be his wife Elizabeth Guber, the daughter of Hollywood mogul and owner of the Golden State Warriors basketball team Peter Guber.
Maxwell, who turned 60 on Christmas Day, is also seen smiling for the camera alongside Bender and two unidentified women.
Cooperman herself partied with and was pictured alongside Maxwell between 2006 and 2013.
But she refused to comment on the news last week that a jury found Epstein’s madam guilty on five out of six sex trafficking-related charges.
Maxwell faces up to 65 years if she receives the maximum sentence
During the trial, the prosecution portrayed her as a "sophisticated predator who knew exactly what she was doing."
Prosecutor Alison Moe said she was "the key" to Epstein's scheme of enticing young girls to give him massages, during which he would sexually abuse them.
Last month The Sun revealed that Sugarman, 50, worked on a business deal alongside Hunter Biden and his Chinese business partners in 2015.
